martial arts suitable for all at universal taekwon-do

I started taekwon-do about 3-4 years ago with my eldest son and it gives us something which we can do and progress along together. I can honestly say I wished I had done it years ago as I absolutely love it! It’s been a great way to keep fit but also learn a life skill at the same time, whilst meeting a great bunch of people. The instructors are very highly trained and manage to strike a good balance between learning constructively and having fun as well. I can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely fabulous training. Instructors are friendly so very enjoyable but also very strict. Perfectly well balanced.

I would recommend any person to join Master Kessler and any of his students. THE best way to not only learn new skills but also inner strength and tranquillity.

Starting taekwondo with Universal Martial Arts has been amazing for my son and me. We joined together after a lot of searching around at different forms/venues before deciding on joining Mr Kessler’s group. I have not been disappointed and it has far surpassed my expectations. All the instructors have been fantastic and are highly skilled and passionate in their teaching.
I love the fact that the lessons work your mind as well as your body and the fact I can share the experience with my son, makes each lesson something to look forward to.

Taekwon-do has not only helped me feel more flexible but it has helped me believe in myself and conquer my fears of feeling like I was a failure. TKD is like being being a part of a large world wide family. The best decision I have ever made was to join TKD.
