My 3 children joined the junior class, and in this short time they have learnt skills and techniques that they will carry with them through life. As they progress through this journey I know it will continue to have a positive effect on their physical and mental wellbeing, as well as give them the confidence in a situation where they will need to defend / protect themselves.
They have learnt discipline, respect and understanding and as soon as they joined they were made to feel welcome into this very special family.
Today they all passed their white/ yellow belts and I could have burst with pride! the Instructors are amazing people, with kind hearts and such enthusiasm to teach and I can’t thank them enough.
