To keep our students and instructors covid-safe, we follow some new procedures:

1. ONLINE class booking system – All students are required to pre-register before attending classes. This should ideally be done online, but anyone experiencing difficulties can send a text to 07803 131512 to register. This will help ensure we maintain our maximum class sizes and to assist with Track and Trace.
2. 2m social distancing – Each student will be allocated a training area on the Dojang floor. This space will ensure a two metre social distance between students.
3. One way in/out system – Students must be on time and leave the Dojang immediately after the class has finished. This will help reduce congestion in the hallway area.
4. Drop and go – Parents are asked to arrive no more than five minutes before class. No parents or spectators will be allowed in the Dojang, so parents should drop their children at the door, and be outside ready to collect them after class. All classes will be running as per the latest published timetable. Being late to collect you children will have serious repercussions for the following classes.
5. No changing facilities – Please arrive and leave wearing your dobok or suitable training clothing. There are no changing facilities available.
6. Toilets – One toilet will be available which should be kept for emergency use. Please ensure your child has been to the toilet at home before attending classes.
7. Hand sanitiser – Hand sanitiser will be available both outside and inside the Dojang. All students must clean their hands before entering the Dojang.
8. Personalised water bottles – Should any student wish to bring water with them to train, it should be clearly marked with their name.
9. Ventilation – Doors and windows will remain open to allow for ventilation and to reduce touch points, except in cases of heavy rain where water on the floor could cause a hazard.
10. Face coverings – Face coverings must be worn when entering and leaving the building. Face coverings are NOT required to be worn during training.
11. Trainers – Suitable footwear (ie trainers) must be worn during class.
